This urbanization project covers an area of 53 ha located in the North-East of Arlon, along RN4 road.
This site on the former area of a French barrack site, the area includes old military barracks
One of the goals of this urbanization project, was to bring a new posting for the former barracks and for public green space. Further relevant objectives include the creation of different types of habitat, some public and community equipment, some paths and roads, some urban parks and green spaces. The mission included the creation of a destination area plan which defines Land uses, structural requirements, planological, and other building regulations
