Set in an extremely undulating estate, this site is located behind Durbuy and Barvaux. It covers an area of 10 ha, this area has been urbanised during an earlier phase of activity.
This project involved  semi-detached houses, road, public building  and green space.Settlement density has been adapted to the geographical terrain. Production of the Ground plan, subdivision plan, current urban regulations and all documents for building permit attribution.
