Social housing of  ‘la Mitterie’ located at ‘Lomme’ in the urban area  of Lille. It comprises a large area of old HLM. Quite simply, it does not meet the needs of today’s families.

Architects have, among other duties, the task of continuing the on-going reflexion about the potential of this buildings. the rehabilitation of some building has been proposed, others will be demolished.
En parallèle, Arpayge has laid the outdoor areas to provide a pleasant and comfortable place to live : roads, parkings, garden, green spaces, play area for children, event space, natural border of vegetation.
